DLR Real Estate Group a wholly owned Crecco company owns and operates multi-family properties in New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Connecticut.

We believe our success in investing in real estate over the past 60 years is based, primarily, on the following:

  • An independent management company with 15 years of experience and an impressive record of lower vacancy rates than the metropolitan areas they operate in. The management team is involved from the beginning of due-diligence through all phases of renovation and asset repositioning.
  • Managing Members that “manage the managers” with a hands on approach resulting in employee accountability and overall asset performance.
  • Regular site visitation of assets in portfolio.
  • Partnership structure that promotes the interests of both the Limited and General Partner.

Our focus has not been on the creation of a large real estate acquisition firm or management company. We do not participate in the real estate commission of acquisition or sale of the asset. Our mission is to purchase assets generating superior returns for both the Passive and the Managing Members. Through a galvanized focus on this mission, our investment decisions are made solely on the quality of the investment opportunity rather than overhead need of a real estate brokerage or management company.

We’ve created relationships in strategic markets with local bankers, lawyers, brokers, and property managers and construction professionals in an effort to have a complete local team in place to assist in transaction analysis and execution pre and post closing.

Anthony Crecco-Principal and Founder, DLR Real Estate Group and The Crecco Companies Investment Group Anthony founded DLR Real Estate Group in 2006 to bring together private capital and strong multi-family investment assets. Prior to founding DLR Real Estate Group, Anthony was involved in over 500 residential and multifamily new construction projects in various capacities including private capital raise, bank financing, project management, customer relations, new home sales, land acquisition, land development, distressed land acquisitions, multifamily leasing, a handyman services franchise with over 65 employees and residential home remodeling. Anthony benefits from his background of 5 plus years in public and private accounting and cost accounting analysis. At DLR Real Estate Group, Anthony’s goal is to invest private capital in attractive value-add multifamily B and C class assets valued between $1 and $5 million. Anthony has forged strategic relationships with companies and private individuals that focus on multifamily to partner with in acquisitions and on going asset management. Anthony earned a BBA in Accounting from Iona College and is a Real Estate Broker in New York and Connecticut. DLR real Estate Group works with The Crecco Companies Investment Group on value- add multiifamily investment assets. focusing on markets in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, North and South Carolina, New York and Florida.
Liz Crecco-Principal, The Crecco Companies Investment Group Liz Crecco is a principal of The Crecco Companies Investment Group and focuses primarily on due diligence for new transactions and strategic relationships for future investment partners. She started her professional career in 1995 in the home building and land development business. She has worked for several large home building and development companies including Spectrum Skanska USA and WCI Communities. Liz was responsible for property evaluation, due dilligence and the property approval process including planning, zoning, architectural and SEQR. Most recently Liz has served as an Independent Consultant to several private real estate investors to initiate and complete conversions of multifamily properties to condos working with the State Attorney Generals Office. Her extensive deal analysis and due diligence experience on a variety of real estate investments adds tremendous value to the team.
Charlene Fragala-Office Manager, The Crecco Companies Charlene is the Office Manager and an integral part of the day-to-day operations of The Crecco Companies. Charlene has over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and accounting for real estate related companies. Her expertise includes quickbooks, client relations, and running the office at The Crecco Companies. Charlene is responsible for accounts payable, tenant relations for our New York properties and working with our property managers in our out of state properties. She also handles leasing and maintenance for our properties in New York.
Andrew Zwerman PARTNER, WAGNER & ZWERMAN Andrew Zwerman Wagner & Zwerman LLP has been providing accounting and tax services to its clients for over thirty years. Our personnel is comprised of three partners and twenty-four staff members. We are large enough to meet the needs of our clients, yet small enough to deliver the responsive services they expect. Andrew L. Crabtree is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree P.C. in Melville, New York. Andrew is our Local Corporate Counsel. The firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters.
Investment Advisor –Elite Apartment Advisors National REIS is a Multifamily Real Estate training and consulting company. They focus on working with multifamily investors. National REIS, thru its investment company URS Capital Partners has acquired over 500 units of multifamily properties. In addition in 2013 National REIS members invested more than $17 million in apartments. DLR real Estate Group is a member of National REIS.
